Welcome to PromptCine. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) explain the rules for using our website, Free Prompts, Pro Prompts and paid subscriptions. Please read them before creating an account or making a payment.
1. Who provides this service
“PromptCine”, “we”, “our” and “us” refer to the PromptCine service owned and operated by Sandeep Vishwanath Vaykar as an individual / sole proprietorship, with its business address at Indira Nagar, Kopargaon – 423601, District Ahmednagar, Maharashtra, India. “You” refers to the person accessing the website or using the service.
By using the site, you agree to comply with these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, do not create an account or purchase a paid plan. The Privacy Policy explains our handling of personal information.
2. Our service
PromptCine publishes text prompts, example visuals, tutorials and related material for AI photo and video creation. The AI generation or editing itself generally occurs with a separate provider you choose. Your use of that provider remains subject to its own terms, fees and policies.
A PromptCine paid plan purchases access to PromptCine’s library only. It does not include separate subscriptions to any AI platform.
3. Accounts and eligibility
Only individuals aged 18 years or older may register for a paid account or buy a Pro plan. By registering for or purchasing Pro, you confirm that you are at least 18. If you are under 18, you must not register for Pro or complete a Pro purchase. Public Free Prompts can be accessed without registering, subject to these Terms and applicable law.
You must provide accurate account details, protect your sign-in access and notify us if you believe someone has gained unauthorized access. A Pro account is personal to its holder. Selling, transferring or sharing paid access to avoid subscription limits is not allowed.
4. Free Prompts
Available Free Prompts may be browsed and manually copied without signing in. We do not impose a fixed count on ordinary use of Free Prompts. “Unlimited free” does not permit automated extraction, scraping, aggressive bots, security circumvention or copying a substantial portion of the library for redistribution.
5. Pro plans, price and usage

Unlimited ordinary copying of available Free and Pro Prompts, subject to anti-abuse rules
A “copy” means a copy/use action initiated through the PromptCine website. We cannot measure how often you later paste or use copied text in an external AI tool. We may apply technical controls to enforce plan limits and protect the site. We will make the applicable daily usage period and reset method available in the plan or account interface.
The actual amount payable, including any applicable taxes and charges, is shown before you authorize payment. A plan provides access for its stated period, rather than ownership of or perpetual access to the library. Prompts may be added, updated or removed over time.
6. One-time payment versus AutoPay
One-Time Payment: You pay for one chosen period only. It does not renew automatically. You can make another purchase if you want to continue later.
AutoPay: You opt in separately and authorize a recurring-payment mandate. The ₹99 plan renews on a 30-day cycle and the ₹499 plan on a 365-day cycle, as shown during checkout, until future renewal is cancelled. Recurring payments are subject to applicable authorization, pre-debit notice and payment-network rules. Authorization may be declined or require renewed approval under your bank, UPI app or card provider’s process.
We do not turn a one-time selection into AutoPay without your express authorization. General acceptance of these Terms does not itself grant permission to create a recurring mandate.
7. Payments and Razorpay
Payments are processed through Razorpay and relevant banks, UPI participants or card networks. We do not ask you to send an OTP, UPI PIN, internet-banking password or card CVV to our support team, and we do not store those secret credentials in our own application database.
We may receive and process necessary payment metadata—for example, a transaction reference, plan, amount, status, subscription ID and payment dates—to activate access, maintain records, assist customers and investigate disputes. See our Privacy Policy.
8. Activation and access periods
After a payment is confirmed, the corresponding Pro entitlement is ordinarily activated digitally for the associated PromptCine account. Payment-provider or system delays can occasionally delay confirmation. Where paid access is not provided, our Shipping/Delivery Policy and Refund and Cancellation Policy apply.
9. How to cancel AutoPay
You may stop future renewal using Cancel AutoPay in the PromptCine Account section. Where supported, you may also revoke the mandate in your UPI app, bank or payment-provider interface.
Once cancellation becomes effective, future authorized renewals stop. Cancelling AutoPay ordinarily does not end the paid access you already purchased; that access continues until its paid-through date. If you only made a one-time payment, there is no AutoPay to cancel.
If your payment provider shows a cancellation but PromptCine still shows AutoPay active, contact us promptly with the relevant mandate or transaction reference, without sharing confidential credentials.
10. Multiple payments and duplicate debits
If two distinct purchases were separately authorized and successfully paid for on the same account, we ordinarily add both purchased periods, so the user receives the benefit of both payments. For example, two valid 30-day purchases can be credited as consecutive paid periods.
A second debit caused by a technical processing error, mistaken duplicate capture or an unauthorized charge is different. We will review such cases and provide an appropriate correction or refund where justified by the facts or required by law. We will not automatically treat every disputed debit as an intended second subscription.
11. Permitted use of prompts
During permitted access, you may copy individual prompts and adapt them for your own personal, educational, social-media and commercial/client creative work, subject to the rules of the relevant AI provider and the rights of others.
This is a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to use the relevant text. It does not authorize you to sell or distribute PromptCine prompts as standalone prompt packs or downloads, reproduce a substantial part of our library on another website, represent it as your own database, sublicense Pro access or extract content through bots.
You are free to work with an AI-generated output in a manner allowed by applicable law and the relevant AI provider. PromptCine does not claim ownership of an output merely because our prompt was used; nor do we guarantee ownership or copyright protection in that output.
12. Intellectual property
The PromptCine name, logos and protectable original website content, descriptions, guides, design, selection and arrangement remain with their respective rights holders. Any license not expressly granted is reserved, to the extent recognized by applicable law. Third-party trademarks remain the property of their owners.

13. Unacceptable activities
You must not use the website or its content to commit fraud, unlawfully impersonate someone, harass others, violate privacy or intellectual-property rights, produce abusive or exploitative material, evade payment/usage limits, attack site security, introduce malicious code or interfere with another user’s access. Do not upload or use someone else’s photos without appropriate authorization.
You are responsible for following applicable laws and the terms and safety rules of the AI service you select.
14. Restrictions or termination of access
We may take proportionate steps to investigate, temporarily restrict or suspend accounts involved in serious abuse, fraud, unauthorized access, bulk extraction or material violation of these Terms. Where reasonably possible, we will provide a way to raise an appeal or explanation. We may terminate access for serious unresolved violations or where required by law.
Any suspension or termination is subject to the consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including remedies if we fail to provide a purchased service.
15. Refunds and billing corrections
See our Refund and Cancellation Policy. Because Pro is a digital access service, ordinary change-of-mind requests after successful delivery may not qualify for a refund. This does not eliminate rights arising from non-delivery, duplicate charges, unauthorized transactions, service deficiencies or other applicable legal protections.
16. Service changes and availability
We may correct, replace or retire prompts, introduce features, perform maintenance and make reasonable changes to the library. We do not guarantee 100% availability or an identical result from any third-party AI model.
If we materially change the benefits of an active paid plan, we will address any applicable notice, consumer or refund obligations. Material changes to price or a recurring mandate must comply with applicable payment authorization requirements; these Terms do not give us unrestricted permission to increase automatic debits.
17. Disclaimers and responsibility
AI output is variable. Example images and videos do not guarantee a specific result. External AI providers are not controlled by PromptCine. For details, review the Disclaimer.
To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, PromptCine is not responsible for indirect losses resulting solely from actions or failures of independent AI providers. No clause in these Terms is intended to waive any mandatory consumer remedy or exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
18. Privacy and security
Account, subscription and technical information is handled as explained in our Privacy Policy. You may contact us to report a privacy issue or ask about account deletion. We may have to preserve limited records separately where the law requires it.
19. Complaints

We aim to acknowledge consumer complaints within 48 hours, provide a record of the complaint as required, and resolve them within one month of receipt, subject to applicable consumer law.
20. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts of competent jurisdiction in the Kopargaon/Maharashtra area may hear disputes where legally appropriate. Nothing here removes your right to approach a competent consumer commission, statutory authority or other forum with jurisdiction under applicable law.
21. Updates and contact
We may revise these Terms as the service or law changes. The date above shows the current published version; material changes affecting existing paid arrangements will be handled with appropriate notice and compliance with applicable law.
