This Disclaimer explains the nature of the prompts and examples published on PromptCine. Please read it together with our Terms and Conditions.
PromptCine supplies prompts, not AI model services
PromptCine is a library of text prompts and related creative guidance. Unless a feature clearly says otherwise, PromptCine does not generate or edit your images and videos on its own servers. You take the prompt to the third-party AI service of your choice.
A PromptCine Pro plan does not include a subscription, credits or paid access to any outside AI tool.
Examples illustrate possibilities, not guaranteed results
AI models produce variable results. Images and videos used to illustrate a prompt show a possible look or creative direction; they are not a promise that the same prompt will recreate an identical image or video.
Output can vary with the AI provider, model version, settings, reference images, moderation rules and other factors outside our control. In particular, prompts requesting realistic likenesses, consistent characters, precise hand positions, typography, backgrounds or camera movement may not work reliably in every tool.
Some example imagery may itself be AI-generated, edited or composited. It should not be assumed to document a real person, event or location unless we expressly say so.
Respect the people in your images
When a prompt asks you to provide a photograph or other reference, you are responsible for obtaining permission and ensuring that your use does not violate privacy, copyright or other rights. Do not use another person’s photograph to create deceptive, abusive, exploitative or non-consensual material.
If you upload images directly to Gemini, ChatGPT, Midjourney or another external tool, that provider—not PromptCine—handles that upload in the ordinary copy-and-paste workflow. Review its privacy policy before uploading personal images.
Third-party platforms and trademarks
Mentions of Gemini, ChatGPT, DALL·E, Midjourney, Leonardo.Ai, Bing Image Creator/Microsoft Designer, Adobe Firefly, Canva AI and other names are descriptive references. Those tools are operated independently, and their names and marks belong to their respective owners.
We are not responsible for third-party model availability, output, moderation decisions, pricing, privacy practices or changes to third-party terms. Links to other websites do not necessarily imply endorsement.
Commercial use and intellectual property
You may be able to use images or videos made from a PromptCine prompt in a personal or commercial project, but rights in the generated output are not guaranteed by PromptCine. They depend on applicable law, the third-party AI provider’s terms, the material used as input and any rights held by other people.
A subscription permits use of individual prompts under our Terms; it does not transfer the PromptCine library to you or permit resale of the prompt text itself as a competing library.
Information and availability
We make reasonable efforts to keep prompts, tool descriptions and tutorials useful, but cannot guarantee that every item will remain complete, current, technically compatible or uninterrupted. Content may be corrected, updated or removed when necessary.
Articles and creative tips on PromptCine are for general information. They are not professional legal, financial or medical advice.
Limits of this Disclaimer
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not accept responsibility for loss caused solely by an external AI provider’s failures or outputs. Nothing in this Disclaimer limits any statutory consumer remedy, liability or right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
