PromptCine sells access to an online library of AI photo and video prompts. Because the service is digital, there is no physical shipping, courier delivery or parcel tracking.
1. How Free Prompts are delivered
Publicly available Free Prompts can be viewed and copied directly on promptcine.com without creating an account. No parcel, download shipment or postal address is needed.
2. How Pro plans are delivered
When a paid transaction is successfully confirmed, the corresponding Pro entitlement is ordinarily activated electronically on the PromptCine account associated with your purchase.
Plan : ₹99 / 30-Day Pro
Digital entitlement : 30 days of Pro access and up to 200 Pro prompt copies per day, plus Free Prompts
Plan : ₹499 / 365-Day Pro
Digital entitlement : 365 days of Pro access and unlimited ordinary copies of the available Free and Pro Prompts
You can check your Pro validity through your PromptCine account. If you make multiple separate valid purchases, eligible paid periods can be credited consecutively.
3. Payment confirmation and occasional delays
Some payments take additional time to reach a final status. Pro access may not activate while a transaction is pending or has failed. At times, banking delays, payment callbacks, account matching or other technical issues can delay activation after a successful charge.
If your bank shows a successful debit but the correct Pro access does not appear, write to info@promptcine.com with your registered email address, plan, date, amount and payment reference, if available. We will investigate and arrange activation, correction or another appropriate remedy under our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
4. No shipping charges or delivery address
There are no ordinary shipping fees, courier partners, tracking numbers or postal-delivery requirements for PromptCine Pro. Applicable plan prices and any relevant taxes or payment charges, if any, will be disclosed at checkout.
5. No third-party AI credits included
A PromptCine Pro plan supplies access to PromptCine prompts only. It does not deliver Gemini, ChatGPT, Midjourney, Leonardo.Ai, Microsoft Designer, Adobe Firefly, Canva or other companies’ paid memberships, credits or model access.
