We aim to acknowledge consumer complaints within 48 hours and resolve them within one month of receipt, in line with applicable e-commerce consumer-protection requirements. Where required, we will give the complainant a record or copy of the complaint registered.
Payment or subscription support
If you were charged but did not receive Pro access, want help cancelling AutoPay, or think a payment was duplicated, email us with your registered email, plan, payment date and amount, transaction or Razorpay reference (if available), and a short description of the issue.
Please never include your OTP, UPI PIN, card CVV, full card number or banking password. Our support team does not need these details.

Privacy and account deletion requests
For a privacy question, correction or deletion request, use the subject “Privacy Request” and, if possible, email from the address associated with your PromptCine account. We may take reasonable steps to verify ownership before changing or deleting account information.

Copyright, trademarks and other content concerns
If you believe something published on PromptCine infringes a copyright, trademark, privacy or likeness right, write to us with the relevant page URL, a clear explanation and enough information to identify the content. Avoid sending sensitive identity documents unless there is a specific need and a secure method has been arranged.
We can address content and account issues within PromptCine. We cannot cancel an unrelated ChatGPT, Gemini, Midjourney or other third-party account or payment mandate that is not connected to our service.
